I've tried roomster but that was trash. Any ideas?
I feel like online roommates are all bad roommates otherwise they'd have people in thier normal life jumping on wanting to be roommates.
Who just has a handful of people that are willing to uproot their lives to move in with a friend??? Tf lol
I mean I guess it's only for people like 25-40 years old. You know , when getting a place with 2 or 3 homies or maybe a girlfriend and one of her peoples. I think getting like a nice 6 bedroom 4 or 5 bath with a group of people who aren't on BS is the move, but the party all night every weekend house can drain you after a few years.
Idk, if you’re surrounding yourself with people at who aren’t settling down at that age range, you gotta make some changes in who you’re surrounding yourself with imo
I live with my bf, but if we broke up, there’s no shot I’d have someone else jumping to move in with me - my friends are all settled in their lives at this point. I’d think 18-25 is a better range for that, although finding another 18 year old who could afford an apartment in this economy would be rare lol
Well a 5 bedroom ,3 bathroom house I just looked up would only be like 800 per person and that's 400 bucks less than the cheapest single room studio apartment in the same town.
It just makes more sense to live in a mansion with more people ,and then live like a millionaire for way less $.
Yeah I’m not arguing that it’s not way cheaper, just that most people aged 25-40 have different priorities. I can’t imagine finding five 30 year olds all willing to live together lol
Wild, I think there's still a couple houses in my county that I know of that have a bunch of dudes living together but they only do big bonfires these days , maybe set a couch on fire, that kind of stuff.
