"Geologists know." Jesus Christ you are deluded. What do they know? Do they know all the history of the world? all the archeological sites? And in geology - do they know what the earth is? Do they think its random material or a functional organism? do they know whats in the middle? do they know how life was created? This attitude of "they already know it all" is not a scientific attitude - its a religious one. Scientist work under the basic assumption (or understanding) that they DO NOT KNOW the truth. And thats why we have sciences.
