So, basically what the title says. Been having this problem for two days in a row now. Which is: whenever im browsing or trying to access my account and my orders im being automatically redirected to the Aliexpress homepage by something called "Checkload.net". Googled the thing and found only one result saying it might be a virus. Did a clean up, scanned the whole damn computer, found nothing. Deleted cookies, deleted caché, deleted everything on the browser and nothing fixes it?

Anyone having the same issues or have any idea how to solve it? Is it a virus? A problem with extensions? Im finding conflicting reports. Tried browsing as a guest on chrome and that seemed to avoid the redirecting but obviously that does not work long-term. So, any idea of whats happening?

I saw multiple posts about login taking users to "register" instead of logging them in, and some comments about adblock causing the issue. I found in my DNS proxy that it was blocking ae[.]mmstat[.]com and whitelisted it. This immediately fixed the issue. Hope it works for others having the issue! Wasn't a problem until a couple days ago for me for some reason...

So I bought 3 items. 2 of them gets expected delivery before June 19, while my other item comes mid July. My question is will they come delivered together if some items already arrived at my country and other item still in transit. Or they get separated? (They got different tracking numbers too)

maybe im just paranoid (i am a pretty paranoid person) but should i be concerned with these warnings and steer clear of all items that relate to this? im not getting anything like makeup, cosmetics, bottles, etc. Just mostly keychains and accessories.

Hi I wanted to order something from AliExpress but whenever I chose the region and city from the drop down list it clears it out or rather doesn’t put it there. Therefore I cannot proceed to the payment because it always blanks these two fields. I’m ordering to EU, any idea how to fix this?

Whenever I try and log in with my email and password it says account already registered. I know that! It won't let me log in, only register. Any fix?

Just wanted to share my experience with AliExpress refund policy.

It's been multiple times already that I've ordered some items that arrived broken and instead of getting a refund I was requested to ship them back. Now, I understand that they might be right about wanting their items back, but why can't you set a drop point or a delivery service to pick them up?? It's not my fault as a customer that you ship garbage! Amazon would never do that!

Having me shit broken items back means I have to spend 1-2 hours of my day on packaging and driving to the post office, standing in line and just waste my time on some garbage 10$ items. Why am I being punished here??

To top this off, their latest "service support" case was even better, they claim I got a package in my mailbox, which I never got but because I wasn't able to provide "proof" of that, my dispute was rejected. Like seriously, what proof am I supposed to show you when there is nothing in my mailbox?

I'm just so frustrated with them at this point that I had to vent out and warn other

so last month I ordered two products and was expecting to get them between the 28th-30th of last month. this is actually my first time ordering off Aliexpress so I didnt know those estimated delivery dates are innacurate. but since the 25th the packages have been stuck at the same place for a week now with no progress. I was able to file a dispute for one of the products, but was advised to reach out to the carrier by the customer service agents. I'm not sure if I'm able to share their name but my carrier SpeedX has not responded to any of my emails or questions I sent through the website regarding my packages. I was really looking forward to getting them before this month started but I've literally received no contact from the courier and I can't do much while I'm waiting for Aliexpress to process my dispute. I've been looking all throughout SpeedX's website and have not gotten a response for a week too. I know the location the package is at is literally 20 minutes away from my house, so I'm not sure how a "logistics error" has been keeping it there for over a week now. any advice for how to approach this?

A few weeks ago I ordered a handful of things from different shops. A week later, I received a package from a mail forwarding company based in the US, which contained 3 out of the 7 orders I placed. All the tracking from all the orders followed the exact same timeline and they all say delivered even though 4 are missing. Of course Aliexpress is fighting it and saying the tracking says delivered so there's nothing they can do. I plan to go through Chase and file a charge-back for fraud, but has anyone else run into this? I believe the mail forwarding company just lost the rest of the packages and lied about them in the tracking. The forwarded package containing the 3 orders was in perfect condition and didn't appeared tampered with by usps

I received two defective items, each about $3. Submitted pictures/video and refunds were issued, but i'm curious why the refund notification messages are different. The first says simply "Refund processing We've sent your request to the relevant bank or financial institution.", the second says "Good reputation, no need to return Refund issued (No need to return) Because you're a valued customer, your refund is being processed directly. Feel free to keep, donate or recycle the item(s)." Why do they sound different? I had sufficient proof for both, and since the items were defective, I have no reason to 'keep, donate or recycle" them. (on another note, the speed of the resolution was pretty good)

Looking to cover a large office building (10k plus sq ft) and am looking for listing or seller who sells good quality flooring.

So I’m in the process of figuring out life. I’ve always wanted a food truck but they’re so darn expensive. I searched the internet and found them a lot cheaper on Aliexpress. The prices are unbelievably low. I’ve also read mixed reviews regarding the site. Can someone please tell me what they think I should do? Any advice at all?

Arrived at “linehaul office” for about a week now. I ordered over a month ago, and after I hassled aliexpress the seller finally gave me a tracking number but it doesn’t get recognized if I enter it in USPS website.

I have this gut feeling that “linehaul” is the last mile service and being stuck there is because they don’t have some information for delivery, like my apartment number, despite aliexpress telling me that my address on file is correct.

Yet I can’t seem to contact USPS to connect with a human, and explain this, I feel, valid edge case. Least not without a tracking number that they recognize.

So.. am I wrong? Or correct and all hope should be extinguished anyway, I’m going to have to re-order this item?

So i have coins worth €10 but how to use them? It doesnt deduct €10

Cant find it in the app, website says go to app. Tried reinstalling ae on my smartphone and used on my tablet too, still nothing. I am located in Europe. Can anyone check if they have it in the app?
