I have asthma and also had COVID 3 times kinda fucked lungs tbh don't really know how much damge covid did, but my asthma is the main ah. That being said, I have gained a lot of wait and since last year August I have been taking my health a Lil bit more seriously, eating less, portion controlling not eating outside food if I'm alone and even I go with friends I order veggie foods or roasted chicken or simply chicken. I also started going for swimming, I use to be a good swimmer 8-9 years back so I noticed I am not as good, obviously. I asked the local coach, he said to start jogging regularly, but now whenever I story jogging even brisk walking I start wheezing pretty quickly, I thought it was me pushing my boundaries but it's not working, I barely can jog 1 - 1.5 mins and then I start coughing. Running I can only do 30 secs before I feel like I'm gonna die of breathing issues. I tried doing the breathing out underwater exercise but it's not helping that much. I am 173 cms (5'8''), and currently I'm 105 kgs(231.5 lbs)

I relate wanna get down to 73-75 by August-sept please help.
