Adrenaline rush

My heart is beating so fast right now, Like Im shaking and do yall wanna know what caused this adrenaline rush? Calling the cops on a speeder or street racer.

What, in your opinion, are the “coolest” adrenaline sports in terms of skill and danger (or any other factors)?

Obviously this is a very subjective question so I would just like to say that I am not looking for an objective right answer - just your opinions.

This could be anything such as skiing, mountain biking, paragliding or even motorsports such as formula circuit racing, rally, road bike racing or motocross freestyle. Literally any adrenaline sport you can think of.

When I think of the “coolest” adrenaline sport my mind instantly goes to motocross. High jumps, high speed and the vulnerability or being on a bike makes it seem “cool” in my mind. Yes other sports may trigger more adrenaline but I still think it is the “coolest” because of what I mentioned above.

I know this is a bit of a random question and I’m not sure if this is the correct thing to ask in this sub but I really wanted to get other people’s opinions on this as I was having a debate about this with my friend.

Low Adrenaline/low Energy

I had a 24h urine test done and it showed that adrenaline was not detectable. Can you have little adrenaline but normal cortisol levels, do you also have these complaints?

blurred vision, sometimes dizziness, muscle pain, a lot of appetite, especially cravings for salt and sugar. Always feel tired and weak and low energy. I am also in a low mood (depression) and cannot sleep well as if my brain is always active. Usually when I measure my blood pressure it is around 11/7 and pulse around 70. And my blood sugar is around 85, this is fasting and after I wake up. I have also lost 10 kilos in 4 years. I was examined several times by a gastrointestinal specialist and the diagnosis was irritable bowel syndrome. Which supplements can possibly provide support? My gastroenterologist says I should take SSRI (citalopram) because I regularly visit doctors and I also have severe hypochondria, obsessive behavior. Can citalopram give an adrenaline boost (increase dopamine and serotonin?) Who has experience with SSRI? in the past i have used 5htp 50 mg, glycine, tryptophan. These supplements cause more fatigue. Maybe other supplements that can be useful? Maybe it is a histamine reaction that decrease neurotransmitters or endorfines. I also had an oral glucose test done and that was also normal, but insulin values were a bit on the high side. I sometimes have to get out of bed at night to pee. Also have thin and dry skin and hair loss. maybe that is due to high insulin or cortisol levels? In the past, when a tooth was anesthetized, I always had a high heart rate and palpitations. The last time a tooth was given anesthesia there was no increase in heart rate or palpitations at all. Normally that would increase adrenaline, but I didn't notice anything.

I currently take omega 3 along with vitamin D and magnesium byglicinate.
